LOST ALL MY SCORES FOR MY EXAM
I downloaded the musescore app on my MacBook MacOS and I saved my score every time by clicking the save button on the top left corner. They are then saved to the files. I could always find my scores once I opened it but not this time. I am having my IGCSE composition coursework and I am very nervous right now about all my losing work. Please do all you can or any method to help me. It is not possible for me to accidentally delete all my work.

Use "Finder" (or whatever that is called in macOS) to search the entire computer for `*.mscz' files

TimeMachine? Backups?
Files don't disappear on their own, and MuseScore doesn't delete them. So if you saved them, and you didn't delete them, they are still there in the very same folder where you saved them. What is the exact pathname of the folder where you believe you saved the files? Does that folder still exist? Does it contain any files at all?
