Export
Can't export as midi, pdf, mp3, what have you. It doesn't show "Exporting file (x%)" and only creates an empty file that is perpetually in the process of being created. I'm guessing it's related to the "save online" bug. This program is broken.

Or something on the musescore.com website?
Or the mobile apps (Android/iOS)?

Works for me, in 3.5.2 on Windows. And I've not seen any complaints about this fundamental feature in the forums or the issue tracker yet.
And it very certainly is not related to the "Save online" problems

I'm guessing it's a permissions problem, but if you have verified all the permissions work out (program is installed for user, folder owned by that user, etc), then it could be a corruption in the score itself, if so, we'd need you to attach it to verify. Or try again with another score you create from scratch.
But to be clear, this definitely works, I export files many times a day every day with no problems.
Start by making sure you're exporting to a file location where you have writing rights.
