Distortion in musescore when i play the music through head phones

when i play any music from score through my laptop's sound system it doesn't have any problems, but when i play music putting on my headphones / earphones (i have tried multiple ones to make sure that the problem is not from the headphones themselves) the sound comes out VERY distorted...
