To me it looked like it was unable to adjust the Window. I recall there was an issue during installation that it could not replace certain files and so it required reboot of the computer. This might have been the cause.
I solved it now by totally disinstall and reinstall.
It's Windows 10 and the latest version of Musescore. I am using Musescore for years and never had such an issue. Continue with the good work!
