Hi there, I am sending you this message to tell you that the N button doesn't work for note input. It is not my keyboards fault, as it works fine when typing texts, it just won't work in musescore. I haven't changed the shortcut, and I am 100% sure it is not in edit mode wen it happens. It used to happen from time to time and also it only happened when i wanted to enable input mode, but when i wanted to disable it it worked fine. Now it happens constantly, both ways. There are no upgrades that I can download to fix this, restarting the macbook pro won't fix it either. I honestly can't think of any other thing to try.

This isn't helpful. As I wrote before, I am sure edit mode is not enabled. It mostly happens when I create a new score. The very first thing I do is to try to write notes and N doesn't work. No double clicks or nothing.
It still is a duplicate. Continue there. Opening a new issue is not helpful
