How can I let the eighth note diconnect automatically in 4/4 staff
While I use musescore ,the eighth note does not disconnect automatically.The staff I'm using is 4/4 which is that every two eighth note connect together,however my 4/4 staff works like a 2/4 staff which is that every four eighth note connect together.How can I let them diconnect automatically?

THANkS A LOT! That's really help me.
But, do note: the more common standard in 4/4 is to beam in groups of four, not in groups of two as was more common centuries ago. That's why it is the default in MuseScore. You should only change it if you have some special reason to, like to reproduce the specific appearance of an older edition.
