No piano sound

I have been using MuseScore for a few months and it was working great for a while, but now the piano's right hand will not make any noise whatsoever. Is there a fix to this?

Sounds like you muted it in the mixer.

I made sure this was not the issue.

Then you would need to attach the score. There are a few possibilities but they are a bit more complicated than clicking a single button in the mixer.

I hear both when I play it though the right hand notes are a bit overpowered by the other instruments. I soloed the piano and got all of the notes also. To make sure, I muted the chords and still hear the piano right hand.

Could it be an issue with the file? I have been copying over it a lot. When I created a new copy of the file, the notes played, but the chords still did not.

The file is fine. What sound font are you using for the piano? I have the default and it's possibly related to the sound font.

I'm just using the normal Musescore sound font.

I can't think of a reason I would hear the notes and you wouldn't other than that. Most of the people smarter than me about MuseScore are asleep in Europe at the moment so you'll probably need to wait a few hours for a better idea of what's happening.

I also get normal playback for this file.

As you've mentioned having copied/moved the file around a lot; double check that you're actually working from this file as attached here and not of its copies in which there might be differences.
