Not sure what you mean, but MuseScore is not an audio editor, so there is no facility to input audio at all, whether in WAV or any other format. MsueScore is a notation editor, you input notes. But once you do that, you can export to an audio format like WAV, using File / Export.

Use Audacity if you need free software for processing WAV files.
