Uninstalling Musescore

I'm trying to uninstall Musescore 3.2.3 and I doesn't allow me to.
It asks for the msi file, which was not in my computer, so I uploaded from musescore repository this version, but it still doesn't work. It tells me the msi file is not a valid intallation package!
I would like to upgrade my musescore, but I cannot make it work!
