Nothing the developers here could fix in any form or shape.
Maybe report this directly to Marc, or on musescore.com

How can I report this directly to Marc? The website is hard to find stuff. I found this report page after a long search, and then had trouble finding it again. I dread trying to find Marc.
This is a problem that both Gmail and Norton independently reported, and appears to be based on a lack of standard identification of both the installer file and of the email sent by MuseScore to me to confirm my intent to download the installer file. By the way, I had no problem downloading and installing the installer file without confirming via the email, which I only found later in my Spam. This is the first time I've ever seen this type of problem.
Both my Gmail and Firefox browser and Norton are up to date. My os is 7.1 Pro 64b, on an intel i5 with 12GB memory and lots of hard disk space.
reply to that email address your image shows
The installer file and the email are not related to one another in any way
The installer not being properly signed is a known and meanwhile fixed issue
