Steps to reproduce issue:
1) Insert a "pedal"
2) Inspector: Enter anything into field "Begin Text"
3) Choose "Above" on "Placement" (see attached file "1 - Before Save - That was entered.PNG")
4) Save the sheet (see attached file "DemoSheet.mscz")
5) Close the sheet
6) Reopen the sheet
Result/Bug: Value of "Placement" is not the same as saved.

Works in 3.5.2 and 3.6 for me
When using the Pedal inspector, but indeed not the the Line Text one. Same for 3.5.2 and 3.6 (the score stems from 3.6), so not a recent regression
I can confirm. We're talking abotu the placement on the text, not the placement on the line. When you set it to "above", the line extends underneath the text, which I guess was the intent. But that is lost on save - no property is written to the file. Issue has existed since 3.0.
