Uploaded score does not match file
OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.6.0.487915773, revision: 1977cb3
The uploaded score image does not match the file, even when deleted and reuploaded. All notes and rests are fine, but measure 71 on 4th horn has doubled staff text and 88 on 3rd has doubled tempo text, which changes the formatting of the lines for pages 2, 3, and 4. The file on my computer, however, is formatted as intended, so I don't understand where the discrepancy comes from.

What score image? Do you mean

This is the system in question:
There are indeed duplicated elements, and I think they may have become obvious on musescore.com because some collision avoidance algorithm separated them - which made the duplication visible. You can check this on your original score by moving one such element up or down.
This leaves the question of how the duplication arose.
If the elements are indeed duplicated on your original score, then do you have these elements as custom staff texts in a Palette? In that case are the custom elements saved with Automatic Placement disabled? That would allow the texts to be overlaid in the same position, one masking the other.
That score has the same duplicateions in MuseScore 3.6 on my PC as it does on musescore.com
I guess you added them via double click, but as of a recent release (3.5?) in many cases only a single click is needed and a double click adds it twice, see #313977: Double clicking on a pallet item should not add two identical elements
