1) This file was created, edited and finalized normally within a few days, however, since yesterday I can't open this one and some others I made after upgrading to version 3.6.
2) Consegui abrir a mesma música em versão XML, contudo, a versão que cito já estava finalizada, apenas faltando exportar as partes individuais no PDF.
3) The initialization and creation of new projects is working normally, this summer I use in Windows 10, only the files already saved and finalized are making the program crash completely.

This is a known issue - see #315529: MuseScore 3.6 crashes on open of a file with start repeat in continuous view.
Here is a "fixed" version of your score - just resaved in Page View. Stay there until 3.6.1 comes out.
