Tuplets: "Minimum distance" property missing from Style menu

For tuplet numbers, there is a "Minimum distance" setting in the Inspector, but no corresponding entry in the Style menu. So, should this be added?

Not just tuplets; I think several element types don't have this. We made a sort of conscious decision not to explode the UI with lots of settings for this for each element type. Probably this will be revisited for MuseScore 4, so worth keeping this open.
