Whenever my students and I open the newest version of MuseScore, it will get to the home screen briefly before shutting down due to error. We have tried multiple times to reopen the application without success and have re-downloaded the application also without success. After talking to our tech director at our school, she thinks it's a software issue. Can you help us?

Since it works on other macOS systems, it seems there is likely some specific device or other application installed on your systems that is causing a conflict. Best to ask for help on the Support forum to diagnose system-dependent issues like this - lots of people with broad system admin experience there.

If you eventually figure out what device / application is triggering this, then we can see if there some way we can provide a workaround.
