Where should bugs be reported? Report link and tracker contradict each other.

The “Report a bug” item in the Help menu sends “here“.
(“here” currently resolving to https://musescore.org/fr/node/add/project_issue)

“Here” says:
> For support requests or potential bug reports, please post in the forum.

(and links to the forum's toplevel, not the “Support and bug reports” section.

The message is confusing, to say the least. Should bugs be reported here or there? What's a “potential” bug (report)? (like, am I allowed to decide on my own what makes a bug tracker-worthy, or is that debated in the forum?)

I'd suggest either
* the Help/Bug sends to the forum, or
* clarify what's actually expected to be reported here

If you have something that is absolutely confirmed to be a bug, and not one already reported, the issue tracker (here) is the correct place. For potential bug reports - something that may or may not turn out to be a bug, or that is already reported - best to use the forum first to get feedback on whether to file a new bug report to the issue tracker.

For further discussion of this or really any topic, best to use the forum.

Thanks for the clarification.
IMHO it would have deserved more visibility than a comment on a closed ticket.
