After making edits, saving score during playback causing visual glitches in score layout

Steps to reproduce:
1) On the score I attached, delete a note from the middle of the chord with a fermata on at bar 30
2) Start playback (from that bar)
3) Immediately save the score

The result is that the second line on that page distorts, and if playback is allowed to continue, subsequent lines also have the same effect.

Should be reproducible in other scores, this was just the only one I had where saving the score after removing a note altered the position of the other elements on the page.
