It seems to be not possible to print from .msz to pdf

File > Export should allow (and even default to) exporting to PDF, and it still does for me, MuseScore 3.6.2, Windows 10, what exactly are you using?
File > Print might allow to use a PDF 'printer', if one is available (it is for Windows 10, as far as I can tell), but that's not the recommended way and know to possible cause issues.
.msz is not a MuseScore format, but I guess that is just a typo?
