jump to a new line in a measure (because of pickup measure)
maybe this is a feature request?
I am updating an old songbook, the old version divides / splits / breaks measures frequently, when the song starts with a pickup measure. Text is then sensibly displayed in a new line with the rest of the measure.
In this case, the beginning of the measure in the first should be open, not like in with measure splits.
It seems that this is not possible in Musescore?
I can think of a workaround, but this should not be necessary in the long run: Create two measures at the ending of the first and the beginning of the second line, set the second measure to "not counted", adust the duration of both such that they together sum up to the duration of one measure, and make the bar at the end of the first line invisible (somehow in measure properties or so)? -- This is a tremendous amount of manual adjustment, since many songs start with a pickup measure...

You mean the barline at the start of a system?
Whether to show one or not can get configured, and I'm not aware of any changes there.

Viele Lieder beginnen mit einem Auftakt, und der wird in jeder neuen Zeile so wiederholt. Zum Beispiel endet bei 4/4 mit Auftakt auf 4 der letzte Takt einer 8taktigen Reihe auf 3, die Notenzeilen werden nicht abgeschlossen sondern laufen fort, und dann geht die 4 in die nächste Zeile, wo der Takt endet. Findet sich in Gesangbüchern häufig.
Solch einen Umbruch im Takt wollte ich einrichten.
Momentan scheint es mir aber nur möglich, dass ich aus einem Takt zwei Takte mache, einen 3/4 einen 1/4 lang, dann mache ich einen Zeilenumbruch dazwischen und ändere den 3/4 Takt am Zeilenende so, dass kein Abschlussstrich gezeigt wird.
Ist natürlich eine Riesenfrickelei...
Außerdem muss ich anmerken, dass ich seit 30 Jahren raus bin aus der Musik und jetzt plötzlich in der Kirchenmusik einspringen muss, auf Japanisch. Musescore ist neu für mich; aber es scheint alles ziemlich gut zu funktionieren, nur kommen manchmal die Worte noch nicht, und Anfänger ist Anfänger...

Ich würde die effektive Taktlänge jeweils anpassen

Bei Bedarf muss der Taktstrich natürlich unsichtbar gemacht werden,

Deutsches Forum: Das werd ich machen. Ich werde halt automatisch in alle möglichen Sprachen geschickt, weil mein System auf Japanisch läuft. Werde ich definitiv ausprobieren!

And excluding one of both measures from measure count (right click->measure properties).
