When I write a chord in MuseScore and right click on "Realize Chord Symbol" like screen attached (or see it in Synthesia), it puts the key in the lowest region and the notes in the same region as the right hand / middle C (4th octave). How do I do chord notes only in the left hand region (3rd Octave). Thanks.

This is how the playback is designed to work. If you wish to split notes among multiple staves, you can use the "Split Staff" function (right-click the staff to display this.
