Vertical frame: auto-size doesn't work when text Y-offset is not zero

OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.6.2.548021803, revision: 3224f34

See attached file. For vertical frames the auto-size option only works when the text object is at the default position (Y-offset = 0). If you move the text so that the Y-offset is greater or less than 0, the frame border doesn't follow. Workaround is to switch to manual resizing.
