Anyone know how to jump in between segments?

Hi there, I hope you're all well. Just after some help with a enquiry that I have for part 1 of my assessment being a cover. This is in regards to I believe Jumps and skips. Is it possible that during a repeat you can jump into a previous segment? For my case, during the repeat, I need the piece to jump from bar 71 to 31 and then jumps again from 47 to the last couple of bars I have yet to arrange at 92. Attached is the score with bars 72 and 31
