Musescore crashing repeatedly
I've been using your software for many months now, and last week I just installed the Musescore pro version for hoping it would solve the problem, but it hasn't: almost every time I open the software it crashes one or two times, and then manages to open after several tries. Still, sometimes it crashes when I'm working with it.
I believe the software should be working fine (more than fine with the pro version). Does anybody know how to fix it?

Well, there is no PRO version of the MuseScore software. You bought a Pro account on MuseScore .com, which is not the notation software. This is an easy mistake to make, because lots of programs have a free and a paid version. MuseScore is only free.
What problems are you having that someone might be able to help you with?
As mentioned, there is no Pro version of the software, only of the score-sharing account on musescore.com. The software is always 100% and works equally well for all, it doesn't even now if you have a pro account.
Anyhow, if you are experiencing a problem, we'd love to help. In order to investigate, we'd need you to attach the score you are having trouble with and give us steps to reproduce the problem.
Do be sure you're on the current version (3.6.2). If you're on Windows, it sometimes happens that the installations gets corrupted, so uninstall / reinstall can help.
