Import the file fidanzataV4. The Bb and the Eb instruments all have the same key signature. If you drag a key signature onto one of the instruments, then the problem corrects itself, but I think that it shouldn't be necessary to edit the key signatures manually.

Was this file created by MuseScore or another program? See also #316438: Individual part transposition. If it was created by MuseScore, then probably it's a duplicate of that, and most likely an issue that happened while exporting it. If it was created by another program, it's more likely an import issue, and possibly not a duplicate, although almost certainly related.
