There is an irregular spacint within the four beamed eighth notes in the upper system in bars 9 and 10. The spacing between 1st and 2nd note in bar 9 and between 3rd and 4th note in bar 10 are much wider. I have no idea why, as the notes in the 2nd and 3rd system are the same in beat 1 and 2.

The irregularity already existed in Musescore 2.3.2 but the difference is larger now in version 3.6, no matter if the new leland font is applied or not.

Attached is the score from MuseScore 2.3.2 and 3.6. Unfortunately I cannot upload screenshots.

Nope, "Piutti_Ich_will_Dich_lieben M3.mscz" stems from MuseScore 3.0.5, not from 3.6(.2)
Anway, here the screenshots (as ypou can see those are possible):
2.3.2:

3.6.2 (keeping the 3.0.5 style):

Odd. Somehow it seems connected to the content in the second staff - if I remove it and re-enter it, all is fine. Actually, just the first note - re-entering that fixes it. So there must be some sort of non-obvious properties associated with that note that is somehow messing things up. I might guess it's connected to use of the "segment trailing space" setting that was in MuseScore 2 but no longer in 3, but that doesn't really make sense, as this setting is not normally tied to individual notes.

Anyhow, workaround is to re-enter that first note of the second staff. And if you have any clue as to anything you might have done unusual with that note, please let us know.
