Update popup
How do disable the annoying Update available popup? Even after I install them, they regularly appear. If I click on the update link, I'm taken to the Musescore page and a download commences. I click the completed download and install but unless the updates are near daily, I'm merely replacing a version that already exists in my Applications folder.

There's not that many updates that this message should become a nuisance.
If you're on 3.6.2 you should be save from it until the end of the year.
But in preferences you can switch it off.
Useful for 2.3.2, as there won't be any further update for it.
Hmm, you shouldn't see the message after installing the update. What OS? Are you perhaps installing to a different folder than the previous version, and accidentally still running the old version?

Apologies for jumping in here but I also get that popup every time I open MuseScore but I can't install the update as it appears to be for MuseScore 4 which I can't use.
