crazy text, how can i delete it quickly?

How did this happen? Did you just add the text yourself and now want to delete it? Or did MuseScore add it?
To delete it, you should just be able to right-click on one of them, then click Select->More in the right-click menu.

Looks like you ran the notenames plugim multiple times, right click one, select all similar, delete.
