Can you still rearrange parts using the instruments tab?
How can you do this? I am trying to rearrange parts into a custom arrangement that doesn't fit "orchestral" or "band" etc.

Does selecting the instrument in the right part of the window and then using the up/down buttons on the right what you want? (It should according to https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/create-new-score#change-order-innst… )
Perhaps you might have to turn the order dropdown to "custom" first.

Ahh yes! I found it, thank you! I didn’t realize the location had changed, so this was helpful :)
