1) in the 2nd measure, change the clef / time / key signature
2) change the barline at the end of the 2nd measure to a repeat (:||)
3) no cautionary clef or key or time signature is shown before the repeat symbol
Example of a courtesy key signature before a repeat here: https://i.stack.imgur.com/iyL4M.jpg

It's currently by design, but obviously something that needs to be enhanced. The trick is in providing appropriate controls for how to handle things like a difference in the key on repeat versus going forward, and then also how to handle the case where the same change is desired in both cases. So somehow we'd need to design controls for this. Discussion of proposals on the forum would be welcome!

I have to admit I hadn't thought of the scenario where the cautionary clef/ signature is needed for the repeat case (1st) but not when going forward, so yeah, it should only appear if it's not the last volta I guess (or it's the final measure of the section). It's technically more complex than that if you put a new clef or key signature at the first measure after the repeat.
