Fingering text: change default stacking of elements from "down-up" to "near-far"

OS: Linux Mint 20.1, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.6.2.548021370, revision: 3224f34

In measure 1 (below), the default position of "String numbering" text is furthest from the notebeams, and above "Fingering" text. This is correct.

However, in measure 2, the notebeams face downwards and here the default vertical ordering of fingering is wrong, with "String number" text now closest to the beams. This is wrong.

Conclusion: MuseScore needs to apply the same relative ordering of text elements along down-facing notebeams as it does for up-facing notebeams.

Strings number and guitar RH or piano fingering are actually rendered in the order added. Which is indeed not ideal, but anyhow, the workaround is to be sure to add them in the order you want them.

There are two approaches. (1) The current default which is that successive fingerings are added in order from bottom to top, regardless of beam direction; or (2) successive fingerings are added in order in a direction heading away from the beam.

IMV, (2) is more intuitive.
