Multiple Soundfonts
I want to use 2 different soundfonts, a piano soundfont and a symphony orchestra soundfont. I have both loaded into the score, but all instruments are only playing piano. How do I change the patch of each instrument and which soundfont each instrument is using?

By using the mixer to assign the sounds
Best keep a GM soundfont atop the list, and then modify on those few instruments you want to use sounds from the additional fonts

In the mixer i see the list of each instrument listed by their part name, along with a selection to change the soundfont patch of each instrument, but only from the GM that is at the top of the soundfont list. How do I select another soundfont to select from that is added to the score?

Just scroll down. The sounds from each soundfont are listed one after the another.
