Möglicherweise ist auch nur die Paritur auch korrupt, bei einer anderen hat es testweise funktioniert.
Vielleicht hilft es trotzdem:

In Takt 20 G4 über drei Takte (und 24 über zwei Takte) einen Haltebogen einfügen.
Hier wird die erste Note zur Brevis und Takt 21 geleert; der Haltebogen über drei Takte scheint gar nicht zu funktionieren.
Rückgängig geht auch nicht mehr.

Translation:
‎Possibly only the score is just corrupt, with another it has worked as a test. ‎
‎ Maybe it will help anyway:‎

‎Insert a tie in measure 20 G4 over three measures (and in measure 24 over two measures ). ‎
‎ Here the first note to brevis and measure 21 is emptied; the tie over three measures does not seem to work at all. ‎
‎ Undoing is also no longer possible.‎

I think you might be using Format > Style > Score > Display note values accoss measure boundaries (EXPERIMENTAL, early music only)

(Formatierung > Stil > Partitur > Notendauer über Taktgrenzen hinweg anzeigen (EXPERIMENTELL, nur alte Musik))

If so, this is by design and disabling this (which it is by default) is the workaround or even fix
