Steps to reproduce your issue

  1. The versions of my computer and MuseScore I am currently using are:
-PC: macOS Big Sur (version 11.4)
    IMac (24-inch, M1, 2021)
    Chip Apple M1
    Memory 16GB
    -Muse Score: Version: 3.6.2.548020600
    Revision: 3224f34
  2. For example, press "Command key + S" as a shortcut key for saving.

  3. The MuseScore program goes down when you press the command key.

  4. I get the error message "Muse Score exited for an unexpected reason".

  5. I tried restarting my computer and reinstalling Muse Score, but it doesn't work.

  6. I searched the internet and found no reports of similar events.

  7. We apologize for the inconvenience, but thank you for your understanding.

Hmm, this isn't good, but I've also never heard any other reports of this, so it seems it must be something very specific to your particular system. best to post this also on the Support forum, with all the relevant system info plus anything else you can think of that might be unique about your system. Like maybe you are using some sort of keyboard macro processor?

Maybe is is related to the score you're trying to save?
If so attaching that score here would help

Does File > Save work? If so this a) is a workaround and b) reduduces this issue to Critical, as it isn't blocking the use of MuseScore entirely
