Newbie Guitar charting questions

Hi folks,
I'm into my second chart on MuseScore, but I've come up with some things I can't seem to enter into my tab. I've been looking in the handbook for answers, but can't find what I am after. They are pretty simple things. Could you help me? I've attached a file with the items I need to enter.

1. fade slide in to a note. I can notate this, but when I use playback it isn't audible? I don't want a slide from a set fret e.g. 14 / 16, I just want /16
2. Pull-off
3. Hammer-on
