Extracted the mszx from the mscz, searched for Measure len="-, removed the - sign, moved back into the mscz
It still reports corruptions, but now at least opens. For the remaining corruptions see How to fix a score that contains corruptions.
Start with removing all the parts, regenerated them once all corruptions are fixed
The interesting part is: how did you manage to get the score into this state?

The issue is not related to the Repair Assistent plugin.
But that one might be able to fix the remaining corruptions or parts of them.
Those -1/12 are wrong in numerator and denominator, the former needs to be a positive integer, the latter a power of 2 and lower than 128
