marching percussion not working...tried uninstall but now can't reinstall

Hello...
High School Band Director here...I've used Musescore marching percussion without many problems until now...sounds don't match notation, so tried uninstalling and reinstalling the extension...now it says that the uninstall was unsuccessful and won't let me reinstall. Help? Thanks.
