It does not seem to be file specific, I can't reproduce the crash, also MuseScore 3.6.2, also Windows 10
Try Help > Revert to factory settings

I'm having that same issue right now on Musescore 4, it could use some updates so that it'll be resolved.

The Format > Syle does take (quite) a while in Mu4 to show up, that's a known issue, see #339861: Delay on opening Format- Style Option
