Taking more that 11 Seconds to Open the " Format - Style" Option. Application also getting not responding for a while

It's so much worse in 4.1, Under 4.0x it took 20-30seconds. Under 4.1 it's taking 90-120 seconds!!! (Since I last clicked "Style Settings" I managed to find a Musescore email, open the forum, search for a post on the issue., navigate to this issue and write all the text up to the open parenthesis).
