Bracket Line with Custom Text

Can someone tell me how to do something like this "Sostenuto" indication?

I did this in another notation editor that I use. For the life of me, I can't see how to do this in MuseScore. I pored over the handbook, attempting to accomplish this relatively simple task for at least an hour to no avail.
