Help numbering all measures
As a music novice, it would be helpful if I could number all measures automatically . Is there a method for doing this? I am not seeing an obvious menu option.

It is in the style settings dialog, on the page tab

Actually the "Numbers" tab, for current version (Header, Footer, Numbers for the Beta).
