Blank score

How do you create a truly blank score in MuseScore (i.e. a template score with no whole note rests in empty measures)?

But to be clear - that won't be a "template" in the usual sense of the word. if the goal is to just print out some blank sheet music so you can then write in pencil, it's useful indeed. But hiding the rests is a step in the wrong direction if the goal is to actually create a score in MuseScore. And the invisibility of the rests won't be preserved if you do actually try using the score as an actual template - nor should it be.
