Playback disabled on windows 11
I recently upgraded my computer to windows 11. When I open musescore, the playback, mixer and synthinizer are grayed-out. I resetted to factory settings and restarted my pc but still disabled. I even installed the portable version but still not working. plz help me.

Is it that playback does not work, or is it that the MuseScore app itself does not work at all?

The FAQ article is about sound not working, and there are quite a lot of useful suggestions there. If that is the problem you are having, then please do try each one carefully, as in most cases one of those will work.
But if your problem is something other than no sound, indeed, that article won't help. EWe need more information in order to help.

Looks like a bigger issue than sound.
Windows 11 and bluetooth headphones work to playback audio. However a UR12 from steinberg loses its functionality when musescore 3.6.2 is launched and it will not playback any audio. The issue persists after musescore is closed and will continue until the OS is restarted.

You can disable that exclusive use of the sound devices in their drivers
