Is that dialog too large to fix your screen and so the Back, Next, Finish, Cancel buttons are not visible?
Can't you resize the dialog?
What Operating System?
What screen size (x and y pixels, diameter, scaling settings, DPI)
"Return" should select Next, "Esp" should select Cancel.
Assuming the issue is that your OS is not communicating your monitor resolution correctly, causing MuseScore to display everything too big, solution is to use the "-D xxx" command line option (where "xxx" is the actual resolution in DPI). Or, on Windows at least, you can often workaround it by finding the EXE file, right-click, Properties, then under the compatibility / high DPI settings, set to "System" or "System (enhanced)".
