different time signatures in different staves
I don't see a way to search the forum (Please tell me how if there is!!!) so my apologies if this has been answered before.
I'm trying to enter a piece that has a measure of 9/8 in one stave and, in the same period of time, two measures of 6/8, in another stave. This continues for the length of the piece.
The description of "mensural time signatures" in the "Early music features" section (https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/early-music-features#mensural-time-…) seems like it would be applicable (I think I would have to note the second stave as single measures of 12/8 instead of two of 6/8?). However, I can't figure out how to do this. Changing the time signature of one stave changes them all.
How do I "Edit the time signature on a per-staff basis"?

Best way to search the forum is to use your favorite search engine but add "musescore.org" to the search terms (on Google, add "site:musescore.org" for even better results).
There is also a search facility right here on the site, but it's not very good. See the top menu bar, far right, next to "Activity".
