Delete key not working (Win10, 10/18/2021 nightly)

The delete key doesn't seem to do anything. If I select a note, or multiple notes, and hit the delete key, absolutely nothing happens. Backspace works, but I always use delete (because it's almost universal).

TO REPRODUCE (with too many steps):
1. Open or create a score with notes.
2. Select one or more of these notes.
3. Press (and release) the delete key.
4. Wait.
5. Notice that nothing is happening.
6. Repeat steps 3-5 several more times.
7. Get annoyed.
8. Report a bug on MuseScore.org.

Workaround: backspace
Does the Delete key work on 3.6.2? (I don't have access to Windows to test myself).
If it Delete work on 3.6.2, that would make this a regression. If it does not, that would make this Severity S4 - Suggestion.

Yes, the delete key works on 3.6.2. The backspace key works, I guess, but I'm just not used to using it in MuseScore...
