Crash after Mac Catalina Update
Hi,
Musescore opens and immediately crashes.
No error messages given.
Crashes only since update of Mac Catalina 10.15.7 a few hours ago.
Musescore 3.6.2.548020600
I restarted the computer and tried to open Musescore unsuccessfully.
I have tried opening Musescore via Terminal. The results are attached.

Try the -w commandline option

Yes, that worked.
I removed the -F and added the -w, but the program will not open otherwise.
1. How can I get the program to open "normally"?
2. What do the command line options "w" and "F" do, respectively?

Disable the Startcenter in Preferences, then you can drop the -w

"Startcenter"? I'm having trouble finding that in the Apple System Preferences. Can you guide me further?
Thanks to you and everyone. I'm learning a lot.

MuseScore's Preferences, not Apple's, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/preferences#general

And for an overview of command line options in general and their meanings, see: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/command-line-options.
Seems Catalina doesn't like images embeded via http while the rest of the dialog is https.
The dialog invoked from File > Save online is https://connect2.musescore.com/ is https, but some images it references are served via http (and from an entirely different site) :

Had come up before several times. Not sure that really is the cause for the crash, but certainly something that should get fixed.
