Steps to reproduce issue:
1) Go to Windows Settings>Display>Scale and Layout>Change the size of text, apps, and other items
2) Set above 100% (most common 125% or 150%)

After that displayed font in score is not aligning with where it supposed to be (editing cursor, text box and selection is following proper aligning)

Other minor bug connected to this issue - the top menu width is not adjusting to the bigger font.

Similar bug was reported #308761: Windows Scale and Layout Issue but on previous version.

Workaround: just set Scale and Layout to 100% (on high DPI screens menu and buttons can be very small but it's operational)

Solution could be to allowing menu and buttons to adjust it's width after changing windows scale and disabling windows scaling for fonts and everything in the work area (we have zooming anyway). Example for disabling windows scaling is Palette which is not changing when scaling (but here instead it could change).

Setup: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.6.2.548021803, revision: 3224f34
