Music downloaded from Musescore.com
Assuming that a subscription has been paid, my understanding is that anything with a copyright restriction is not downloadable from MuseScore.com. If a band score is downloadable can I assume that not only can I download it for my use, but also their part for other members of our ensemble?

For questions about musescore.com, best to ask over there on that site. None of the people with that kind of expertise hang out over here. My guess is yes, but I can't really say for sure.
Other way round. Only with a pro account copyrighted scores can get downloaded (unless the uploader disabled that)
That doesn't mean they can get performed in public.
