Every time I reopen the file, all the palettes that I have added disappear and the work that I have done so far has been eliminated as well.

Can you explain the problem in more detail? You say you can't save it, and then later you describe a problem with opening it. That implies you saved it at least once. What goes wrong on the occasions when you attempt to save but it fails - an error message of some kind? If it's simply that after saving a file, opening a file later doesn't show your changes, then the obvious explanation is, you are opening a different copy of the file. Be sure to check the exact filename and folder where you are saving to, and be sure when opening you are opening that exact same file, not another similarly-named one.

ANything regarding palettes would be unrelated to your score. If you're having a palette issue also, best to ask for help in the Support forum, and again, please explain the problem in more more detail.
