Musescore: Sheet Music Transposing

Hi!
I am trying to transpose this sheet music (https://musescore.com/user/33119492/scores/5882076) into another key on the sheet music app, but nothing is changed when I press the + button (picture below). Do I have to gain permission from the writer first? Thanks.
